Halloooo, Cupcake!

Life can be so sweet. Only sometimes we get so caught up in worry or crappy thoughts that we can’t seem to find our way back to sweetness.

Maybe we can’t find all the ingredients we need - for a business, for our creativity, for our LIFE! Sometimes we have the ingredients, and we can even remember where they are, but we have a hard time actually remembering how to mix it all up and how long to bake it.

As a coach, my job is to walk alongside of you on the path of deliciousness we call life and to create with you the recipe for YOUR best direction.

Sound cheesy? Well, of course it is. We ARE talking about coaching here. This isn’t therapy, where we dive into your past and try to decipher what happened. It already did. The cake has already fallen, if you will. This is coaching. We take what you've got and move forward from here.
